The Easiest Baked Salmon Ever

Salmon has so many health benefits. From brain development, supple skin and heart health, salmon is a healthy summertime protein alternative.

I made this for my family this evening and it was a huge hit! Even the pickiest eater in my family loved this dish. Try this quick, low carb salmon dish with your family, you won’t be sorry.

Ingredients:

4 salmon filets, skinless and boneless
1 Tbsp thyme
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp dill
1/2 Tbsp Grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 200 F
  2. Mix herbs with lemon zest and salt and pepper. Sprinkle even amount on each filet.
  3. Coat baking dish or pan with oil and place the fish filets on top on top in a single layer.
  4. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until salmon flakes.
