Ingredients:
4 salmon filets, skinless and boneless
1 Tbsp thyme
1 Tbsp Garlic
1 Tbsp dill
1/2 Tbsp Grated lemon zest
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vegetable oil
Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 200 F
- Mix herbs with lemon zest and salt and pepper. Sprinkle even amount on each filet.
- Coat baking dish or pan with oil and place the fish filets on top on top in a single layer.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes, until salmon flakes.
