Walt approaches Lydia with a proposition. He shows her “associates” how to make 99% pure Blue Sky, and in return, Lydia has the Czech Mafia come in and waste Uncle Jack and Todd. Walt recovers the stolen 80 million and buys shares of Gray Matter in his family’s names. He then takes his own life with the ricin. Jesse survives and decides to take care of Brock, Saul Goodman becomes a manager at Cinnabon, and Walt Jr. eats pancakes.
Additionally, I could see a scenario where Walt even becomes a majority shareholder of Gray Matter, effectively taking it over.
I think Jesse survives and will be Brock’s guardian; and Walt convinces Lydia to betray and take out Todd and Uncle Jack (perhaps through her associates) before taking his own life. I’m curious how he’ll find a way to take care of his family financially, but my guess it that it involves some bizarre corporate takeover of Gray Matter with Skyler and Walt Jr. as the beneficiaries.
