The new year means making new resolutions to get healthy. For Christmas my husband purchased a gym membership for me and I love it. We own a high quality elliptical machine but there is just something about working out in the company of others with state of the art equipment.
Getting back into the gym meant I had to get all my gear together. I have the shoes, the heart rate monitor, the fitbit, and the iPod. The only thing missing was a kickass playlist on my iPod to get me moving and keep me motivated.
I am always on the lookout for new songs and artists that are upbeat and motivational. A quick search through my iTunes playlist, I found a few songs that I had not really paid attention to previously. But these songs proved to have the right amount of moxie to keep me moving.
