St. Patrick’s Day Crockpot Corned Beef and Cabbage

The Feast of St. Patrick or Saint Patrick’s Day  is a cultural and religious holiday that is celebrated around the world on March 17. St. Patrick’s Day is named after the 4^th century, the most renowned of the patron saints of Ireland.

While I am not Irish, I celebrate St. Patrick’s Day like any good American should. This meal is one of my all-time favorite meals to make for St. Patrick’s Day. This flavorful, juicy and savory crockpot corned beef and cabbage dish is great to serve anytime of the year.
