A few weeks ago I posted about a new band that I had discovered, Fitz and the Tantrum’s and their song “The Walker”. Since that post I have grown even further in love with this band. At first I did not like their album but a recent visit to Spotify got me hooked and I have listened to the album front to back at least 3 times since acquiring it 2 days ago.
Holy smokes this band is HOT! I cannot believe that it took me a year to hear about them .Their album, More Than Just a Dream, was released May 7, 2013. They have had great success this past year, with the pivotal point being having their song “The Walker” used for the Oscars trailer starring host Ellen DeGeneres and 250 men and women dancing to the song.
This week’s song is another one from the album. The song, “Out of My League”, has a very retro-80’s sound to it. I think that you will enjoy it as much as you did “The Walker”. Check it out.
