Looks like a good workout. I am off to a women in the outdoors weekend retreat with canoeing, rock climbing and a ropes course, so I will save this workout for another weekend!

Great workout! Burpees are my enemy that I am determined to defeat! As the weeks go by they are getting easier.

Man, I have been snacking and eating crap all week, BUT I did have my first bike ride of the season (which felt so good) and I played basketball with my sweetie a couple of times.
What is a Burpee???
A burpee, AKA the squat thrust, is a full body movement. To perform a burpee, start is a squat position with thighs parallel to the floor. Next, you jump down into “push up” position and perform 1 pushup followed by jumping back up into squat position. Here is a perfect tutorial of a burpee.

This sounds like a fabulous workout. All too often I’m stuck sitting here at my laptop and the only thing getting a workout are my fingers and my eyeballs. I do use the Chuck Norris Total Body Guy, just not as often as I should :)
