Creamy Garlic Dressing

1 c mayonnaise
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
16 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp wine vinegar

Parmesan Peppercorn Dressing

4 tbsp olive oil
6 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp wine vinegar
6 tbsp grated parmesan
2 tsp ground pepper

Cumin Vinaigrette

1 c olive oil
2/3 c lemon juice
3 tsp cumin
1/8 tsp salt
