
Since using the crock pot, I have created a lot of great meals, Paleo and non-Paleo, for my family. I love that I can just add all of my ingredients, turn it on, and go about my day. It really does helps with my already busy schedule.
This past week, I made a ham and pineapple crock pot meal that was even simpler than simple. I think the hardest part about this recipe is putting it in the crock pot. Seriously, it is that simple. Just two ingredients-a ham and a can of pineapple chunks and that’s it. Plus, it is Paleo. My kids even ate up this ham and pineapple without the need for the usual “coercion” to finish dinner.
